• We accept returns only for ready-to-ship jewelry purchased directly from our website, provided that:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates and tags intact.

• Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or refunded, as these pieces are crafted exclusively for you.

2. Return & Inspection Process

• Once your return request is received, our quality control team will inspect the item.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval, through the same payment method used for the purchase.

• If the returned item shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage, Aadesh Jewel reserves the right to deny the refund.

3. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal or higher value, and the price difference (if any) must be paid.

• All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
